Hitchhiker

Very good spot to hitchhike to Copenhagen. Took me about 20 minutes and the guy took me to the other side of the bridge. Remember it's illegal to be there, as there's pedestrian ban sign and a highway one right after the roundabout, but you're gonna get a lift before any cop car passes by.

Very good spot to get a ride to pretty much any direction- Gedser, Odense, north of Germany? No problem. One of the biggest advantages is that there's public transport passing by just outside of the station. I got rides from here to near Schleswig, Gedser, Vordingborg or Odense. If you're headed for Rostock, don't accept anything less than Tappernøje- it's where the first gas station is.

Best spot in Copenhagen to get a ride to Sweden. Technically it's illegal to be there, but most probably you will get a ride before any police car passes by. I hitchhiked here 3 or 4 times, every single one was successful, and last time I even managed to stop a car around 5 am (there are street lamps, so don't be afraid to try at night).

Probably best spot in Malmö to get a ride to Copenhagen. There's some space for a car to pull up. Remember it's illegal to walk there, but you'll most probably get a ride before any cop car passes by.

Huge petrol station.You can easily catch a truck going to Spain, Portugal, even to Morocco. Many people use this highway to get to Lyon, Marseille and Nice.

A big gate towards Western Europe, and even Italy. I managed to get a lift to Nurnberg twice. But if you're patient you can also find cars/trucks heading for France, Spain, Italy or even Portugal.

Personally I claim that this place is strange. Sometimes I managed to catch a car within 10, 15 or 25 minutes. But it also occured that after 2 hours of senseless hitchhiking I surrendered and left the place. Since most traffic is going through A8 now there are less cars using this way. People often gave me a lift only to Oleśnica.

Drivers go slowly, bus stop right after a roundabout with enough space to pull up a car...what else can you want? :)

I hitchhiked many times from there. Three times I managed to go directly to where I travelled (Poznań once and Wrocław twice). That spot is extremely fortunate for me.

I hitchhiked there twice or three times. First time happened during night, I spent there 1 h 30 min, second one recently near 1 pm. I waited around 15 minutes.
